Differentiate and you stand out in a crowded marketplace. Present your uniqueness and emphasize your rare attributes in your sales copy and promotions and you'll capture the imagination and interest of those you want to reach.

In a world of copycats, it pays to be an original. It's usually the creator of a new concept who gets the most mileage from it. Innovative entrepreneurs often become market leaders while competitors keep doing things the same old way - until change is forced upon them. Differentiate or die.

Challenging the way things have always been done can lead to creative new options that reward you with a windfall of profits.

Differentiate your business and you attract attention. It's new, different - even revolutionary - and it's the kind of thing that generates excitement and creates a stir in the market. After all, few new customers would be drawn to you -- if you were doing the exact same thing, the exact same way as everyone else.

Consider this question... "What Could You Do To Differentiate Yourself, Your Business, Or Your Product In A Way Prospects and Customers Would Appreciate?" Another thought to ponder is this... "What Traditions Could You Break That Would Capture Attention And Interest?"

Few people can walk by without a short visit... and many of those are drawn inside the store.

Some entrepreneurial-minded restauranteurs do the same thing with their kitchens. Patrons find it interesting and entertaining to watch the chef expertly prepare a multitude of culinary delights. At the same time, most competing kitchens are at the back of the restaurant and out of the way, so no one ever sees inside.

East Side Mario's has done something unique to differentiate itself. They know that desserts are among the most profitable items any restaurant can offer. So they don't employ the traditional dessert tray or standard menu. Instead, they present beautiful color slides of their delicious, mouth-watering creations in a View Master. A View Master is a small plastic toy -- about the size of a camera - that you hold to your eyes and click to change the image shown.

Who can resist viewing each one of their specialties? It's a fun, novel way to unveil delicious treats. Everyone gets a chuckle out of it the first time around and I'd be willing to bet that more people buy dessert because of it.

Take a close look at your business and industry. What is considered "standard practice"? How might business be done differently? How could you change things in a way that creates interest, desire, curiosity, and more sales?

simple video processing enterprise. Several components need to
go into
such a system and these ought to be chosen keeping in mind your
capabilities and what your client needs. Make sure it's cost-
effective. Because your choice of equipment will also spell out how
much you need to charge clients for servicing you offer.

The key equipment: You have the choice of going down either the
PC or
the Macintosh. There are several solutions such as those based
around
Apple's Final Cut Pro. Chances are that you might have worked on
this
or other system such as Adobe After Effects when you ever cutting
your
teeth in the business. If you were to ask me, I'd suggest you
invest
in a system based around Final Cut Pro-which means a Mac, as
Final Cut
Pro is available only for the Mac OS, Capture Card.

4.    Audio editing @ Home: If Music is your life, there are ways
you can turn it into a lucrative hobby-set up a home recording
studio!
Expensive and over whelming as it sounds, the good news is that
you
can start off small and work your way up-you don't need exotic
equipment at the very outset.

The key equipment: for your Desktop Computer, you will need to
go in
for a system that lets you get started off at a reasonable price, but
can still be upgraded when you need to do so. The important
equipment
is MIDI keyboard, Sound Card, quality speaker set.

products and services of someone else, you have to do more than
the average affiliate marketer does. Sure it’s great to grab and
use the marketing tools that the provider has packaged when you
sign up for a link; like banners, articles and ad spots. But do
more.

Specialized Website

First of all, look at your own online promotional strategy
focus. Why offer the same affiliate link everyone else will? Be
different. For example, set up a splash or leads form page to
capture email addresses of those showing interest. Follow up by
emailing them a 7-part autoresponder series on how they’ll
benefit from each feature of your affiliate product or service.
And write a call-to-action in each one. Offer a no-cost report
for all who sign up, and have plenty of contact info, links and
a call-to-action inside the report as well.

Affiliate Portal

As you progress, you may decide to be an affiliate of several
programs that you have personally tried and liked. So you could
develop one website as a "portal" to showcase your affiliation
for each, grouping together those products and services that are
in the same niche. If you have more than one niche, think about
developing more than one portal.


List Building


Develop lists with complete contact information not only for
emailing but for postal mailing offline, too. And set up
sub-categories. For example, as your budget allows, maybe mail a
black and white flyer to your huge portal list.
Then create monthly specials for those on smaller niche areas,
sending glossy postcards and following up with an email sales
letter and a weekly ezine with articles.


So do grab and use the marketing tools that the provider has
packaged when you sign up for a link. But do more so that you’re
not limiting you’re results.

an internet business while working in my day to day job 8 to
10 hours a day. For the lawyer: How to use the internet to
drive targeted clients to my company 24/7 days a week.

As result you get an matrix of possible target customers and
their problems.

This matrix gives you a great advantage!

You have a detailed layout what products you can produce and
who is in need of that product. That makes your live a lot
easier.And best of all you will see that there are many
people out there who have similar needs and can use same
product with just tiny changes.
